Real estate has been a family business since 1969 for the Fallico’s. As a third-generation full-time realtor, Nick truly loves what he does. Alongside his father Craig, Nick and their top producing team have consistently been ranked #1 in total sales and volume for Dream Town’s northwest side office. Specializing in the northwest suburbs and the northwest side of Chicago, Team Fallico focuses on all types of real estate: residential, investment/multi-family, condos, new construction, commercial/mixed use and more. Established as one of Chicagoland’s top teams, Team Fallico has been featured in Chicago Magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business, Top Agent Magazine and even nominated for ‘Best Team’ and ‘Best Website’ with Chicago Agent Magazine.
Nick has been known to be the first one in the office and the last one to leave. As a Division 1 scholarship athlete in college, Nick learned the value of hard work at a young age—something that is evident in his success today. A consummate professional, Nick’s talent and acumen for the industry and marketing has led him to be an ever-present resource for his colleagues. He truly understands this business and is often asked to share his expertise with industry insiders to help further team building, marketing, and business expansion.
In his free time, Nick volunteers as the Head Coach of a youth wrestling program on the northwest side which is now recognized as a top 50 club in the country and the largest in the state of Illinois. He has coached numerous all state wrestlers and a state champion! Many of his athletes have gone on to be All-Americans and even a World Champion.
Nick is a Platinum Member of the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board. He is actively involved in many other organizations including food pantries, youth sports, The Park District and more! Nick also lives in the community with his wife and two children.
